Meet Susan Mbagara
RN/BSN, Founder & Provider
Susan's journey to founding Pacific Comfort Care is rooted in a lifelong commitment to serving vulnerable populations. Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she worked alongside the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities, witnessing firsthand the challenges they face.
Driven by a profound belief that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and quality care—especially in their final years—Susan pursued her nursing education, earning her RN/BSN. This journey from CNA to BSN wasn't just a career progression; it was a calling.

Proven ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
